If YLs had invented hamfests, the forums would be entirely different. They would not be “classroom” style with an expert speaker pontificating using a PowerPoint presentation with an occasional question from the audience, and the distracting near-continuous door openings and closings as the panel nears its finish. If the women were in charge, a forum would be held around a large kitchen table that sported a bottomless coffee pot. Around the table, you'd find animated conversation: questions asked and answered; tips suggested; and experiences shared.
We’ll have to do without the kitchen table and coffee pot, but all YLs are welcome to join in the fun as we discuss YLs - Yesterday, Today, and Tomorrow.
